LetterBeacon accepts eligible documents and address information, coordinates printing and mailing through third-party providers, and supplies available USPS tracking and delivery records. Delivery dates and signatures are controlled by carriers and recipients and are not guaranteed.

You must provide accurate addresses and lawful content, review every order before payment, and have the right to send each submitted document. You may not use LetterBeacon for illegal, fraudulent, threatening, infringing, harmful, or abusive activity, or to send prohibited materials.

Prices and available services are shown before checkout. Payment is due when an order is placed. An order may be rejected or canceled if it cannot be produced, violates these terms, presents a security risk, or contains invalid information. Applicable refunds are determined based on order status and costs already incurred.

Tracking events, acceptance scans, delivery attempts, signatures, and electronic return receipts depend on USPS and other providers. Estimated timelines are not guarantees. LetterBeacon is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect addresses, carrier operations, weather, emergencies, recipients, or events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. Notify LetterBeacon support promptly if you believe your account or order information has been compromised.

LetterBeacon and its website content, branding, software, and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of documents you upload and grant us the limited permission necessary to process, print, mail, store, and support your orders.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. LetterBeacon disclaims implied warranties where legally allowed. To the extent permitted by law, LetterBeacon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Material changes will be reflected by the revision date. Questions can be submitted through the LetterBeacon support chat.
